How do I actually cancel?+
Every Care Plan email has a secure "Cancel Care Plan" link at the bottom. Click it, confirm on the landing page, done. You'll keep Care Plan access until the end of your current billing period, then nothing further is charged. No forms, no phone calls, no retention pitch.
What counts as a content update?+
Anything small and text-based: editing existing page copy, swapping out an image, updating opening hours or phone number, adding a new team member, rewriting your FAQ, tweaking a product description. If it's something we could do in under 30 minutes by editing what's already there, it counts.
What doesn't count?+
New features, whole new pages, major redesigns, e-commerce setup, third-party integrations (Mailchimp, Zapier, booking systems), SEO campaigns, logo design, copywriting for new pages. Those are real projects — we'll always quote them separately and you can say no.
How fast do you respond?+
Within 24 hours on UK business days (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). Urgent production issues — broken page, site down, payment processing failure — we prioritise and usually respond same day.
Can I pause Care Plan instead of cancelling?+
Not yet — we're keeping the cancel flow as simple as possible for launch. If you cancel and want to come back later, your customer portal has a one-click re-subscribe button and your site stays hosted in the meantime.
What happens if I cancel then realise I need something done?+
Reply to any email we've sent you with your request. We'll reply with a fair one-off fixed price (usually £40-£100 for small jobs). Or resubscribe to Care Plan and we'll roll the work into your next monthly allowance.
