The short answer
The Care Plan is an optional monthly service for looking after your website after launch. Its current inclusions are shown below, using the same settings as our pricing page.
How it works
Buying your website and looking after it are separate decisions. You do not have to keep a monthly plan to retain ownership of the website files once you have paid in full and we have delivered them.
Content changes mean updates to text and images on pages that already exist. Fair use applies. Send us the replacement wording or the image you want to use, with the page it belongs on. Work that changes the structure of the website is a separate project.
New pages, a redesign or a new booking connection need an agreed scope. We quote for that work before starting. The Care Plan terms explain the boundary and how requests are handled.
If you cancel, cover continues until the end of the applicable billing or introductory period. You keep your website files. Hosting after that needs to be arranged, so speak to us before moving. We contact you before taking a site offline.
