Can my new website connect to my bookings, payments or diary?

The short answer

Your new website can often connect to a booking service, payment provider or business diary you already use. Whether we link to it, embed it or build a deeper connection depends on what that service supports.

How it works

A booking button might open your existing booking page. An embedded form can let someone book without leaving the website. A deeper integration may exchange availability or customer details between systems. These are different jobs, so we check the requirement before agreeing the build.

A new website does not automatically replace the service behind it. If you want a different booking system or a custom business application, tell us. We will discuss what needs to happen and quote for any work outside the agreed website scope.

Provider subscriptions and transaction fees remain separate unless your written quote says otherwise. The provider may also control who can access the account and how customer information is handled. Your website ownership does not transfer ownership of that service.

Tell us about every feature people use on your current website, even if it is absent from the homepage preview. Include other diaries or payment links you use away from the website. We can then agree what will carry over and test the customer journey before launch.

You do not need to send account passwords in your brief. Send the provider names and public links, then we can arrange suitable access securely if it is needed.

Your next step

What we need from you

Provider names, public booking or payment links, and a description of what customers need to do.
